Calderwood Lifestyle Estate

Currently residing on the property and paying the same rates as others, but there is no grass in front of my unit which creates unnecessary dirt, a slipping hazard when raining and just not a pleasant site. We cannot enjoy the benefits of occupying a ground floor unit. My vehicle has been damaged on numerous occasions. There is a continuous build up of mold in the bathrooms and bedrooms despite windows being left open. Not recommended at all.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unfortunately Living at Calderwood Lifestyle Estate has been a very disappointing experience. The estate may look attractive at first glance, but the reality of living here is far from what is promised. Maintenance issues take far too long to be addressed, and communication from management is extremely poor. Residents are often left in the dark about problems that affect the community. For an estate that markets itself as “lifestyle living,” the level of service and support provided is nowhere near acceptable. Security and general management also leave a lot to be desired. Concerns raised by residents don’t seem to be taken seriously, and there is very little accountability when things go wrong. ( The building manager Gert plays favourite with tenant's and only gives fines to selected tenant's ) The rules seem inconsistent, and it often feels like residents’ voices simply aren’t heard. Overall, this estate is all marketing and very little substance. I would not recommend Calderwood Lifestyle Estate to anyone looking for a well-managed and supportive community.

Friendly security at the gate and a welcoming atmosphere. Great experience overall! 👌
