Calico Court Lifestyle Apartments

Building to start within 2-3 weeks. Not in a good area and next to the railway line.

This proposal raises serious concerns. The top-level of this apartment complex would overlook neighboring yards, creating a clear invasion of privacy that most residents would understandably oppose. The building itself is not aesthetically pleasing and appears out of character with the area. It is also difficult to see how the full scope of this proposed structure—including parking, as shown in the plans here —can realistically fit on such a small piece of land. Overall, this reflects poor planning and a lack of consideration for the surrounding residents. I suggest to come up with a better proposal.
