Such pretty gardens. Well run Complex.

Apartments are okay. No privacy though as the gardens are small and the walls are low so everyone can see into your garden etc. The units I feel do need an upgrade in them as they are quite old and out dated like the bathrooms etc.

Calypso is a complex that seems to have a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it falls short in a few key areas, particularly when it comes to pet ownership. The trustees seem to be uneducated about the needs of animals, and this creates a significant problem for residents, tenants and potential buyers with pets. The rules in place don't align with what you'd expect from a pet-friendly environment, and there seems to be a disconnect between what is allowed under the current regulations and trustees acceptance. If you're considering buying a property in Calypso and have animals, I strongly recommend caution. The lack of understanding from the trustees can lead to confusion and frustration. The rules may not be flexible or realistic for animal owners, and this can create unnecessary stress. It's important to fully research the pet policies before making any decisions, as this complex may not be as accommodating to pets as one would hope.
