Neat student accomodation

The CAMPUS TERRACE development - is a rare find in an area with a high demand for accommodation and a limited supply. CAMPUS TERRACE satisfies the requirements for the investor as well as the student concerned about security and privacy. The excellent state of the art security makes this development the perfect choice.

Terrible damp issues in bathroom and lounge due to lack of ventilation in apartments. Kitchen is very small with limited cupboards. Landlord used our deposit to carry out his "annual maintenance". Wear & tear on sink (u-bracket rusted) and damp is not tenant's fault. Lots of water and power outages throughout the year.
