Widow's are wooden and not kept up even tho they said they do and they don't and when u ask to put in aluminum witch will help the places quality they egnor u.yes it noisy there are kids but it's a family friendly place.the parking is atrocious and ready badly made there are such tiny signs to say lies what numbers apartment are where that if u didn't know u would never know and getting out is a hectic the drive way is way to small and only one car on a good day where there no cars parked can drive if there's cars coming down u ha e to pull over for them to come past. And let's be honest they only maintain the outside the inside noooo way will u get any word in .

It is a family friendly complex accommodating the working class population as it is clutter free n units are of easy maintenance for those with limited time. Security is quite good as one cannot enter without knowing the person you are visiting or without access code. As with everything in the North, rent is quite pricey.

Do Not buy any apartment here! I repeat !! Do Not Buy !!! People are selling them only to get rid of them because the levies are ridiculous! Either same as your bond or more. Most of the apartments are in bad shape. Look the maintenance is mainly done proper on the outside, but on the apartments themselves, no so much. Its only good for rental but even that is also expensive. But for anyone who is trying to buy, you will be wanting to sell within 2 years just like so many owners!

I owned a unit and lived here for 2yrs before finding out how the levies is almost the same as my bond, the body corporate constantly has increases on it if the rest of the complex is not paying. Don't bother buying here as an investment either, the complex ground is unstable and has water underneath, the paint is forever falling off the buildings if not cracking the walls, and they will cover it up to make it seem good. It feels like the realtor who sell here have a vested interest, as they flip these units quick and keep a constant monopoly of it.
