This is home away from home. ABSOLUTELY Loved the feel of being home. I gave it 3 stars because we were charged R500 for moving the sleeper sofas to a comfortable position for sleeping arrangements. I was beyond shocked and disappointed 😞 excuse the commentary lol

I have lived in this apartment complex for the past four years, and it has truly been one of the most tranquil, beautiful, and peaceful places to call home. The communal areas are always exceptionally neat, tidy, and beautifully maintained, creating a calm and welcoming environment throughout the complex. The security personnel deserve special mention — they are unbelievably helpful, professional, and friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Safety is clearly a top priority here, and I have always felt completely secure. It offers the perfect “lock-up-and-go” lifestyle while still being centrally located and close to everything you could possibly need. I am incredibly grateful for the time I have spent living here and would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for peace of mind, convenience, and a truly special place to live.

I am extremely disappointed to discover multiple scratches on my vehicle caused by four cats that live and freely roam around the complex. The scratches are visible on both the bonnet and the roof of my car, and appear to be quite significant. This has been a frustrating and upsetting experience, added of the sleep disruptions from noisy cars I hear wherever I need to sleep. Hasn’t been a pleasant experience at all.
