Carlswald Luxury Apartments.

The place is a very nice place to live in and mostly for families and not singles I think .. though it's very peaceful and neighbours respect each other here . The gym is small but it has a two floor and the gym equipments are good too . The buildings are stylish too , the down side here is the loadshedding , the Parks and Precinct are not on Carlswald luxury Apartments level yet they don't have loadshedding? And for what someone pays for a 1bed and still experience loadshedding is really annoying , they need to live up to the "LUXURY" name .. and fix such .. another thing , too many bugs here it's annoying , ants raid the place , you'll have to get products to get rid of those , walking trails are the best here though they are limited, it's really a lovely place if you have kids , they will enjoy being here , the kids are friendly too , so it will be easier for them to make friends. Whoever created their cabinets I really don't know what they were doing , the grocery carbot is super small and one side is super long for no entire reason .. there's no microwave spot , the cabinets are small , also the wardrobe space is limited , for a 1 bed .. the place is really just okay if you don't have kids I'd suggest you look else where , but if you have kids , this is the place to be at , there's a school in the complex , that's just a walk away ..

The property and facilities were great, we dealt with Ayanda, who was our agent, he is an amazing agent, very friendly and always responds to whatsapps. the complex is a very family friendly one and very safe for the Kids and dogs. loved the security as well, my favourite people in the complex. the pool and club houses are so clean and there is a laundry for bigger items, you need coins. Also is great an active lifestyle or an active family. There where some maintains issues, which we were not happy with, but the complex itself was great, we would have loved to stay longer , just the issues of of maintenance did not let us stay longer.

Their one bedroom apartment is cute and cozy. The complex is pet friendly and caters to animal lovers. The complex is also ideal for families, with plenty of parks and play areas for children. Tenants have access to a tuck shop, gym, braai facilities, skate park, two swimming pools, and two clubhouses. The residents are friendly and respectful. It is also a safe and comfortable environment, particularly for women living on their own. Another added advantage is that with all the water shortages Midrand experiences , the complex is not generally affected.
