Very quick to take money from you start staying there but as time goes they don’t care about their tenants. Head office is worse. Ben Khanye , fezile mlambo and lungile Mwelase are very incompetent when it comes to assisting you with queries
Refund is supposed to be paid out after 21 working days and it’s been 3 months now. Also the expenses you pay out are more than you can imagine when staying at Carnival Garden. Wouldn’t recommend anyone that’s looking for a place . They uses cheap material to build the place so things get messed up or damaged real quick only for them to take the repair expense from your deposit

I failed to understand as too why did yall reject my Application because of Bad credit and Affordability!!!How come while it is deducted Monthly?
I was actually happy with your swift response, I need intervention here cause I am really desperate for a Place to stay!

The service is really bad. I've contacted them on watsaap...Sent emails but the people responsible are just not doing the work. I checked my application status...it's still open..I saw an acknowledgement form attached but i I can't type my details there. Aii shame...I went to the place physically..the people at the premises were great. It's just HNM or whatever the agents name is that's a problem. It makes you wonder how they will attend to problems once you've signed the lease. Poor service

Don't bother staying here, they don't pay municipality's water and electricity bills and municipality then cuts off both water and electricity. This already happened three times in a space of less than a year, we have to buy water, our food gets spoiled in the fridge, we use gas stoves to cook. We have to live without water and electricity for a whole week because they don't pay their municipality bills. Do not bother, I'm glad I've moved out and a lot of people are moving out too.

Don’t bother applying to stay here because you’ll be applying for a headache. They don’t pay their municipality bills despite you paying your rent on time every month. The municipality will cut off the water and electricity supply for a long time, more than once a year. I moved out because of this. Just don’t bother.
