Casa Verde Complex - Centurion.

Neat complex, situated close to shopping centers and main thoroughfares

Noisy complex. Security obviously can't control residents.

The worst complex one would consider living in. The Junction would be better than Casa Verde in Rooihuiskraal.

Worst place I have ever stayed at since I moved to Pretoria, I honestly regret signing a lease for 2 years. No one respect their neighbors, during the day, kids make a noise right Infront of your door, no supervision from their parents, during the night their parents are drunk and high with friends, shouting their lungs out, security will never say anything... When you hang your Landry at the washing line, something will go missing... The behavior's of the lowest class nature, no discipline and respect... The plumbing, is very bad, since I moved, something always leaks,

Casa Verde is the worst complex I have stayed in. There are ongoing plumbing and electrical issues that are never properly resolved. The walls are mouldy, which causes an unpleasant smell in the unit. Children often play at my doorstep, and there are noisy neighbours at night. Despite reporting these issues, security does nothing to address them. The maintenance staff member has also been rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, 4 Corners Realtors have refused to refund my deposit, which is extremely disappointing.
