Body corporate gives out fines for everything. Even though they have super "tight" security, it does nothing but annoy because there are still robberies. Worst complex iv stayed in.

Best complex I’ve stayed at in my whole life. Quiet, clean and it’s in a great area. No complaints.

Complex is good, cool and calm but access management team name called Trafalgar is the worst for ever. One of their employee revoked our access without any notice and he behaves unprofessionally and kind of harassment he does for us. His name is Shaun Swindon. Because of his mistakes. My family almost waited more than 1 hour outside the complex.

Review: I strongly advise against considering this complex for residence. While the premises are undeniably clean and quiet, the management and overall environment severely detract from the living experience. Firstly, Shaun, who appears to be in charge of access control, consistently abuses his authority by disabling access without valid reasons. His behavior is unprofessional, spiteful, and indicative of a need for power rather than service. Such conduct should not be tolerated, and his dismissal would benefit the community. Secondly, the security staff are unfriendly and unaccommodating. Instead of fostering a sense of safety, they go out of their way to create unnecessary problems, often escalating trivial matters into significant issues. Their attitude towards residents is unwelcoming and unprofessional. Furthermore, the atmosphere within the complex is stifled by intrusive residents who fail to respect privacy. Gossip is rampant, and there seems to be a culture of surveillance, where neighbors go out of their way to listen to or observe activities within your home. Lastly, the agents managing this complex are shockingly rude and dismissive. They lack basic customer service skills and appear to thrive on playing manipulative games rather than assisting residents with professionalism and care. While the complex itself may have potential due to its cleanliness and tranquility, the toxic environment created by certain individuals and management practices makes it an unsuitable place to live. I cannot recommend this complex to anyone seeking a respectful and private community.

My home :) Well maintained and secure apartment complex. Most people are friendly and generally a cool atmosphere. Beefed up security recently. But i would have preferred if they went with a different method other than biometric fingerprint readers. I really wish Summercon will bring back the loft units in their new complexes. Only thing preventing me from getting more Summercon units.
