Nice apartments at Tyger Waterfront, the view is amazing relaxing environment.

1. There is a constant repulsively loud chirping noise from an invasive species of Love bird which nest in the gutters and haunt the area with their annoying squeak. 2. There is a catering company “Daisy foods” on the lower level which cooks unhealthy food with their exhaust fan literally pointed up at the building, so the apartment was constantly bombarded with the smell of french fries, all day long. 3. The trustees are not far off from some kind totalitarian regime and drop fines on people without written warning. 4. The walk ways leading to the apartments are so uneven and feel like they could collapse at any time. 5. The tiles in the apartments are constantly cracking because the building is literally shifting due to the land below it which used to be a quarry. The place is plagued.
