Castle Hill

Great well run complex on a hill with spectacular views. More like an estate bordering Robindale and Windsor. With great pools and many open areas.

I'm actually looking for a 1 bedroom flat there but I don't know who to ask,if anyone I'd really appreciate

I have been a resident of castlehills for 4 years and have finally moved out. The complex is an amazing and yes beautiful place but the body corporate on the other hand are rude, abrupt,disrespectful and racist people, with an exception of Mr Robertson head of security. In 4 years the complex electrician has never been helpful, trevor, he does things at his convenience and not the urgency of the situation, I had a baby a few months old sitting in the cold in winter because he decided to take his time in sorting out the faulty db box, and still recently we sat without hot water again due to a shortage of power supply because trevor would come only a few days later. Trevor if this job is becoming too much, u getting old, give it to another younger electrician who will be faster and better at the job. As for Maryna who supposedly resigned from the body Corp but still goes around screaming and harassing residence, go live in a retirement village and leave people to live in peace. As a matter of interest since when do you approve a tenant before they move into a complex. You are the assistant to the landlord that has already approved a tenant and has and will have nothing to do with you. Even moving out became a problem as we didn't ok with her, really, were u there to apply or approve my bond, no, so my moving has nothing to do with you. Goodluck the all residents of Castlehills that put up with the drama of the body Corp. You are the reason that many people leave such a wonderful complex because you have no better jobs but to mind residents business and pick on petty and unnecessary things. All the best.
