Wow . We moved her for 2yrs ..sold the place for a loss .. don't buy here ..bad construction and a developer that avoid fixing anything

The environment left much to be desired. Noise was an issue, as residents (mainly men) with modified exhausts show off their mediocre success by driving up and down the streets revving their cars as loudly as possible hoping to attract attention. The children’s playground was being used as a cannabis-smoking area during the day and evening, which not only felt unsafe but was entirely inappropriate for a space meant for families. The aimless men loitering there directed intimidating looks at me, adding to the discomfort and making the environment feel far from family-friendly. The security control seemed inadequate as there was only one boom per entryway for guests (no real checks were done), with the exit boom out of order for several days.

Great place to visit. First visit ever

Worst Eastate ever if only I had checked reviews,the looks are deceiving when you not staying there,furnishes poor quality and carpets been struggling with my agent just to fix things it takes for ever and this is my 4th year here thinking she would do better.As someone with sinuses I had really hoped for the dirty ugly carpets to be removed but still.We now have water issues everyday there's no water throughout the day.If you have kids its also not a good place to be with kids because trust me the kids will be traumatized every single day of their lives by their horrible security.when I got here plans where to buy but I am now looking elsewhere.Hope they will do better 1 day.
