One for the safety complex around Jozi north. Thus complex is well looked after and well taken care off. Body cooperate is doing it's outsmot best to keep this complex up to standard keeping it clean as possible as they can. Safety is the priority. Its a good establishment this one. I don't regret having a house at this complex. It near most amenities and easily accessible to lost things. Spar is just a walking distance and Fommis shell filling station is just around the corner. Its a great place to invest this one.

Beautiful, neat and classy homes . Love the level of security in the complex
It was first a great complex they were selling alot of things mostly ice but this security's took it away from us took away soccer and security's started to be very rude and I hate it today they broke my bike 🚲 the disk went to the house, adult was very drunk he didn't care went to the security didn't care weren't to his parents house didn't care and the boy came here and just said "my mom said it's just the chain" I wanted to slap him I was mad I forgive him now then my friends bikes wheel came out and it's unfixable and 2 boys broke it I shouted the house Infront told me to stop both parents did not care So borded
Residents children are out of control. Pathetic behaviour. A group of about 30 kids roam around the complex together everyday. They will come into your yard , scream , fight, throw stones at your window , even steal your things from your yard. I could not take a nap when I lived there , because the children were always screaming and shouting. My baby was only a few months old and wasn’t allowed to sleep because the children would not keep quiet no matter how many times they were spoken to. The children have no manners and parents do nothing about it.
I strongly discourage anyone from considering this complex. It advertises itself as a "child-friendly" environment, yet children are consistently reprimanded simply for playing sports or outdoor games. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, management and security often display an unprofessional and discourteous attitude toward residents. One particularly disturbing incident involved a resident, who physically assaulted a child after a soccer ball accidentally landed in his yard. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated in any community, especially one that claims to prioritise the wellbeing of families and children. Rather than fostering a safe and inclusive environment, this complex creates an atmosphere of intimidation where children are made to feel unwelcome for doing nothing more than playing outside. Residents deserve respect, professionalism, and a secure place to live, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I cannot recommend this complex to anyone looking for a peaceful, respectful, and genuinely family-friendly place to live.
