Great place to live. Family friendly ☺️

I stayed there about 2years ago, very nice place and everybody is friendly and helpfull there, and what i loved the most that it is pet friendly, you struggle to get a place thats pet friendly nowadays. Also child friendly. Staff was always friendly. Just a great place to stay

We arrived in 2018, the place was managed by Huurkur, it was a great experience at the time, the place was affordable plus no load shedding. Things changed when the place was given to Necron properties to manage. 1. they changed the prepaid system to a nightmare system under HPS. This is the biggest scam. No value to tenant and landlord, this is just job creation for HPS. It costs tenants average R350 fees to HPS per month. 2. They stopped paying for maintenance, when things age or get damage, they expect you to pay for everything including leaking roof or geyser. 3. No crime during Huurkur, we started having break ins, in a particular week there were 2 break ins. It's not safe, their only secured the front, no security at the back. 4. The contact person for Necron is a very rude person, I won't mention her name but she is a nightmare. The good Cedar Valley is gone, the tenants are racing to leave this place. Chances there is 30% vacant apartments today. 10% on a notice to leave this month

Agent is very unprofessional in my opinion. The prepaid electricity from hps metering is just crazy. When you report issues the agent will tell you she is a woman and where she is she has to do things her self and you don't know the owner the apartment it self is great but because of the agents I decided my peace are more important.

I have stayed 4 year at 1st it was fine since they changed the agent n put Nicron everything went south they brought HPS that system deals with money only. N the electricity is soo expensive n the place is not clean the safety is not 100 percent especial nw in festive crime is very high the breaks in worse. I my self m moving out.... Don't even think about staying there right we don't have electricity it's the 5 day today n no communication....
