Peaceful & quiet environment. I went to go view one of the apartments. It also has a Clubhouse if you'd like to hire it for the day regarding events... such as birthday events ; any type of celebrations & as well as community pool.
The best complex, i love the modernized finishes. Electricity and water rates are reasonable. There's a club house you can hire for events, it has a pool and a laundry room. It's a very secured, clean, well maintained and quiet complex. I'd recommended to anyone. ❤️👌
Just recently moved to this estate, and honestly speaking my first few weeks here has been amazing. Very peaceful and secured. Unidentified vehicles and individuals aren't allowed access here without the confirmation from whoever they are coming to here within the complex.

Marinska was very accommodating from beginning to end. Sophisticated space, attention to detail. Clean and spacious. Superb amenities. Lovely garden terrace. Tenants and tourist, very friendly, ground& security staff alike . A dream for kids who love swimming. Central for shopping or dining out.
