I don't recommend this complex at all, the management doesn't care about the tenants. Electricity is a huge problem, we can go days without power and management just doesn't care. Security is as good as not there, people walk in and out as they want . The whole area can be with power and only the complex will be without power and as much as we inform the management we never hear a word from them .

The complex has beautiful and spacious units, maintenance also good. Security is a problem though and electricity supply is not stable. Without warning electricity goes off and can be off for days. Management and developers or owners do not provide any solutions to rent paying tenants.
BEST place I have ever lived in. The management and Staff are superb :-). Special thank you to Anna and Twanette...you guys are super awesome. Highly recommend this place.
Six days without electricity wasn't enough ? We still had to wake up to no electricity today. This constant cable theft issue hasn't been met with a solution. We have to pay for generator diesel, yet the generator seems to run through our prepaid meters, meaning we PAY TWICE! There's no concep of communication with management, no transparency, and little accountability when we raise our issues as residents. Have you not considered the fact that some of us work from home?! Our kids who are in school?! Any prospective tenant should think carefully before moving here. WE ARE BASICALLY IN A VILLAGE.
Don’t move here if you enjoy having electricity and peace of mind. Power cuts are basically part of the lifestyle here thanks to constant cable theft from the nearby squatter camp. Management loves advertising their “backup power” but forgets to mention that it’s wired in a way that uses residents’ electricity units during outages. Very convenient detail to leave out. What’s even more annoying is that sometimes the entire area has power except this complex, and management either ignores residents completely or gives no real explanation. Communication is terrible, complaints go nowhere, and nobody seems interested in actually fixing anything. Definitely not worth the stress or money.
