Great place. Quiet block. New security upgrades are helpful. Perfect for students looking for peaceful space.

Shakaarah is right, noisy and unreliable plumbing, most apartments don't have enough windows and the management is unhelpful. The worst worst worst part, is this constant hum that comes from the hot water pump. It's like a low level audio torture. I complained but it was unresolved for months. Eventually I moved out.

I've had plumbing issues for more than 2 months and it hasn't been sorted out. No security guard, beggars sneak in under the gate in the middle of the night- super unsafe. Moving out as soon as possible, do not recommend.
