Circa-Illovo

Faith was exceptional from beginning to end throughout the entire process at Circa Illovo. Even as someone already living at Circa, she assisted me with so much care, professionalism, and attention, as though I were completely new to the building. She also shared helpful information about the property that I was not aware of before. The entire experience was seamless, professional, and friendly throughout. Thank you, Faith, for making the property buying process such a pleasant experience.

Busi was very helpful and responsive throughout the application process. She made sure to be firm where necessary, and fair and friendly in other instances. She also ensured that, by the time I moved in, all my reasonable requests were sorted. She truly is an asset for Circa Illovo.

this is such a late rating, but, just want to share of our experience with Busi (ihspm agent) who helped us secure a place at Circa. her professionalism and dedication were out of this world. the way she cares for clients and tries to make sure things go smoothly is commendable. though she gets extremely busy, how she's able to prioritize you and make you feel calm throughout the process. Busi is a real gem and we can't thank her enough for her assistance.

I had a great experience viewing an apartment at Circa Illovo. The apartments are modern, beautifully finished, and perfectly located, with easy access to business hubs, shopping, restaurants, and major routes. A big thank you to Busi for her outstanding service. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the viewing. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Circa Illovo and Busi if you're looking for a modern home in a prime location!
