Great apartment! The building is cleaned daily including on weekends. It is quiet and there are strict rules to ensure safety, peacefulness and neatness. It is located in a safe and quiet part of Arcadia. Service is great and Michael, the building manager, is super helpful and very knowlegdable. He makes sure everything is working and maintenance issues are sorted out quickly and effieciently. The other tenants are very decent and respectful people. Highly recommended, especially if you are new to Pretoria and looking for a really good apartment and great service at an affordable price.
