Great flats for students, very safe, well mentained, walking distance to Hatfield plaza, university of Pretoria, Gautrain station. The rules are strictly enforced...so if you don't like loud party noise (music)or people smoking and unruly behavior, you'll love living here.

As a student with no funding, it is really affordable. The best rooms are on the upper floors in my opinion(as the lower floors tend to have a pest problem). Overall enjoying my stay, added information unfurnished, outsource electricity in some units, units are really spacious and it has no wifi.
