The place is noisy.

Although the apartments themselves are nice enough, the building's placement is awful. There is noise 24/7, the other people in the building are rude and disrespectful, and the body corporate does not respond to issues (like the fire alarm going off for 3 hours on a Sunday). No fire evacuation plans in place either, and the security guards are not trained to respond to emergencies. Constant breakages, leaks and maintenance issues.

Horrible year living here so far. Awfully noisy. Can hear bass speakers from Catwalk Club. Rude students in the building. Lots of maintenance issues and breakages. Can say it’s a beautiful view on the third floor, but it’s small.
