I stood by the gate for more than 30 minutes, the security guard was in the bathroom, They need to hire at least two guards so that they can relieve each other while keeping the safety of the villa

The 1 star is just because it’s spacious, this is only my 1st month n i cannot take it anymore n its so unfortunate that im binded by a contract, 1stly there’s a sewer like smell that comes from the bathroom time n time again n the maintenance said he cant help as the smell was not there when he came , 2ndly there’s loud bangs that comes from dancing n loud music from the upstairs unit every week n if not the dancing thers just always bangs meaning the infrastructure is just poor , tried requesting for a different unit n the agent ignored me, i called the rental team office n they lady said she would speak to the agent but never got bk to me, when I eventually followed up with the agent , he said the upcoming unit was taken before i asked….so if u dont want a piece of mind n bad customer service, this is mos def your place

Haven't been inside but the houses and sites look reasonable.
