Enjoy the beauty of the place, so clean, quiet and peaceful. Definitely a place to be also as partners just to enjoy and explore different things.

Very nice chilling place, for both family and friends. It is also child friendly❤️
Deur die kak, small management klamp cars without valid reason, puts R500 fine sticker on my brand new car which ruined my window and they dont help to fix it. They don't log the clamping on system just walks by and clamps, small man syndrome. Won't live their even security hates management
We had hoped De Velde Estate would offer a peaceful and secure lifestyle, but our experience didn’t reflect that. Management was often unreasonably strict, which created a feeling of being constantly watched. When we raised concerns, such as items going missing from the washing line, there was little feedback or lack of visible effort to resolve the issue. At the end of the day, we were just looking for a calm place to relax after busy schedules, and that sense of ease wasn’t quite there.
Beautiful estate, well maintained, with lovely apartments and beautiful surroundings. We were visiting friends who live there, so our experience was mainly as visitors rather than residents. Unfortunately, the one thing that really stood out to us was the experience at the visitors’ gate. We have visited the estate a few times and, on each occasion, encountered the same security staff. We found them to be extremely rude and unwelcoming, which was disappointing. I feel the security team could benefit from some additional training in customer service and visitor etiquette. A friendly and respectful first interaction makes a big difference, especially in a beautiful estate like De Velde. Aside from this, we have enjoyed visiting the estate and appreciate how well kept and attractive it is.
