People live here. It is not a public venue or shopping mall. Area seems a bit dangerous to me. Not my first choice to stay.

Quiet neighbourhood. Play park area to keep children occupied. Safe to go for night walks or jogging.

Absolutely easy place to live close to shopping mall's 🛍Garage either north/eastern side of town, safe to take walks 🚶♀️with a community park gym in Belmont park east Kraaifontein 💪very safe to use the gymnastics equipment with other community members . 😀
