Visited inside the complex before. Maintenance need improvement. Management is not the most helpful for tenants.

The security at this place is horrible. The security camera is only at the gate and no where else. No security! none whatsoever, I had a break-in in my apartment within the first month but have to stay through due to contractual obligations. I would not advise any sane person to come stay here.

Broke into my apartment 2 months after moving in (March 2022). I woke up with the burglar next to my bed. Currently still living there as you can't get out of a lease without losing money. There has been many more break ins. Not a safe complex! Not impressed with Casadobe properties at all.

Truthfully and honestly the worst I have ever experienced when it comes to safety, broke into my neighbours apartment and their sliding door still not fixed after months, they tried to put more spotlights etc. no maintenance when I did some requests. The garage i would say is a plus. No visitors parking inside. Good location but bad reputation.

Casadobe Properties are the absolute worst rental agency in the world. They will refuse to do routine maintenance such as fixing broken and leaking pipes and toilets until you withhold rent or get lawyers involved. Then when you're ready to move out they charge you for the most stupid stuff even replacing the very stuff they were supposed to fix. They are absolute thieves. Daylight robbery. The only things that made living at Dennegeur slightly better were a few neighbors and a sweet and helpful caretaker. If at all possible do not rent from them.
