Messy hastily done repairs. Master bedroom cupboards didn't have door handles when we moved in had to go buy and install our own. Master bedroom middle upper window is stuck in a slightly open position with newspaper stuffed in the gap due to them having painted the outside of the window frame while the window was still open. Master Bedroom door doesn't close properly due to the old steel door frames rusting and instead of fixing the rust just heavily painted over it preventing the door from closing properly and said paint was already flaking off in less than a year due to said rust beneath. Owner didn't address our complaint about our bathroom window the handle to open it was broken and that it was glued shut so we had to always leave the bathroom door open to keep mould from forming on the ceiling. Owner didn't address our our complaint about the kitchen sink would often clog needing to be vigorously plunged every other day. Owner didn't address our complaint about noisy neighbors watching TV loudly late at night past the curfew time stated in the housing contract. Absolutely Zero F's Givin' Am only giving it two stars because of the convenient shopping centre across the road, otherwise this place really deserves a 0-star.
