Devland Gardens housing development

A colleague of mine lives there and she speaks very highly of Devland Gardens. It's affordable, convenient and clean which is very important as she lives alone mostly does everything for back home in Limpopo.

It's a beautiful 😍and safe complex. I love the place, also I'm closer to work and other amenities

Administration lacks transparency, responsiveness, fairness, and good customer service regarding the deposit refund process.

Noise level is horrible. Tenants have no respect for their neighbors. There's nurses and security guards and Tenants who work from home others doing night shifts, during the day they need to rest, but other Tenants would take out their speakers outside and play music so loud until early hours...and then don't see anything wrong with that attitude in such a complex living space.

There level of service am receiving is horrible ,i gave notice February it was not submitted,because of the previous manager,and now i gave another notice end of February still the try to deduct my money this month,and i already moved out,when i call the manager he said or acting manager he will say he will get back to me and never did,and bear in mind there is someone who i don't even know staying there under my name,where else i have been told that everything is done ,inspections and all that,to my surprise when I call protea metering told me that my electricity account was not canceled,,to cut the long story short their service is bad they don't even deserve1*
