Secure complex, well run. Swimming pool and great atmosphere. Very close to medical school, Jamie Shuttle and MyCiti Bus. shopping centre with Pick 'n Pay, Spur, chemist etc close by.

Great location and security with good facilities. Rooms are on the small side but have been designed well so that the space feels bigger than it really is. Only downside are the bathrooms which do not have a window so mould develops easily.

This residential complex is situated just a few steps away from the UCT medical School so it is perfect for such students. The residence has a very big parking space so all residents has a bay. There is a swimming pool on the property. and also a small garden inside the border of the fence. This is a secure and gated residence with 24/7 security presence at the front gate. Two gates for cars, one for entering and for exiting. For those on foot there is a gate.
