Stayed at an airbnb apartment. Very close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and an uber away for clubs and entertainment. If you want to feel the city vibe but don't want to stay next to a club, this is your place to be. If you enjoy walking, you can take a stroll to the V&A waterfront. With so many activities in a 5km radius, you can't go wrong.

I have lived here for 20+ years. The block is well maintained, well managed, allows pets and short term letting. Safety & security of residents & tenants is of primary importance and there's a great feeling of care & community in the block. It's one of the most desirable apartment-living blocks on the Atlantic seaboard and close to all the amenities that Green Point and the city's of Cape Town have to offer.

Cool Apartments and lovely views. Visited a Supplier recently. Was a great experience. Not all residents wear their masks though when up and about. Met a couple in the Elevator and they did not respect the Mask wearing rules.

Great security. Well located and secure parking.

We have lived here for 7+ years. The block is well maintained and well managed. Safety & security is taken very seriously and we just live here in harmony. Devonshire is walking distance away from the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Stadium and The Green Point Park. We have plenty of lovely restaurant around the area.
