terrible service from accounts department, Ilene very rude, stated they had my wrong email address on the system, my rent went up without notification or me receiving it, however another lady had been emailing me from the same company, cut my electricity due to this fact, but have never missed a payment. Terrible service!
I was impressed by their show room unit. Henry is a great person that made the viewing experience quite pleasant. However the admin management/staff are not pleasant to deal with even in just applying for unit. Thankful I came to read the reviews here before committing to this place as I got a taste of the experience of dealing with their management. I dodged a bullet as I can see these complaints of unfair utilities fees that average thousands of rands a month even when tenants live alone or have been away for work or holiday. Nice place but it has a heavy undertone of exploitative practices and no legitimate reasons.
Let me just run for my life... I saw an apartment, but after reading about the problem of bills being handled by a 3rd party...it's not make sure!!!!
Best complex ever made alot of friends, Experience was amazing,great gym,great swimming pool and it was peak I was in my prime I hope I could come back 😭💔
Does not come as advertised anymore They took away wifi from the rent, now there's no washing machine and the indoor gym is always locked. Amenities are very expensive, you pay for water and electricity you didn't use. Update - 22 October 2025: power in the complex is off, no communication as to why. The whole area has. It has been 24 hours now. Caretaker's phone is off and the security doesn't know why 😡
