Perfect place for a young family, the Body Corporate really tries to bring order.

Terrible complex to stay in. You won't have peace here.Residents are not allowed to have fun. You need permission from body corporate to host friends or family, or to simply have a braai by the common property. You need permission as well to install washing machines or make renovations inside your own apartment. U get fined for having a conversation inside your apartment because they claim that the slabs are thin. Body corporate does not also host meetings for residences or ensure that AGMs are held.
