Disa Park is one of Cape Town’s most iconic landmarks - a bold and unmistakable piece of 1960s architecture set against the backdrop of Table Mountain. All apartments offer spectacular views, either across the city and harbor or towards the green slopes of Devil’s Peak. Surrounded by a well-kept park, the three 17-story towers house around 300 units, from studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments. The community is diverse and considerate, with a mix of South African and international residents who value order and mutual respect. Thanks to excellent management and committed trustees, Disa Park remains in great shape - even after 60 years - and its future is as timeless and inspiring as the mountain it rests beneath.
FANTASTIC apartments with sweeping views. Conveniently situated with all the necessities very close by, including great restaurants. Good sense of community. The wind these apartments gets when it is windy is unbelievably strong however. Still a wonderful place to live in a really good and welcoming neighborhood.
