Very nice and cozy places. Recommended for all! Security at all corners. Very secure and peace of mind ! but main problem is that for any request made for Eg. late check-in and check out should get approval by Propr. Otherwise will get panicked. Other all we had enjoy our stay there.

Beautiful AT the rooftop With a nice pool. It was father unfortunate that WE didnt enjoy the pool becos of Winter. Appartements are secured, underground parking. Rooms were smaller than what WE Saw on the pictures during Booking. But all together we had a wonderful stay there. 😊👌🏾
As others have mentioned, the security here feels largely performative rather than effective. I would also strongly advise against leaving luggage with reception after checkout. We did this today and returned to find that both of our carry bags had visibly been gone through, and the locks on our rolling luggage had also been tampered with. On closer inspection, there also appeared to be no camera coverage of the luggage room or the rear staff entrance leading to it. This left us feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with the buildings approach to guest security. Based on our experience, I would recommend staying somewhere with stronger and more transparent security practices.
Location-wise, you are very well situated within walking distance to V&A Waterfront and City Centre so getting a Uber is almost instant. The facilities are modern with a concierge desk and security guards always present. There is also dedicated parking. We booked a studio unit through ITC Hospitality and they were very professional and the unit itself had all necessary amenities and was very cosy to live in.
While the apartment itself is clean, well maintained, and the security staff are friendly and professional, my overall experience was disappointing because of the management. Throughout my stay, I received conflicting and inaccurate information from Keith and Afikile on multiple occasions, which resulted in unnecessary stress and unexpected expenses that I had not budgeted for. In my experience, the people managing a property make or break a stay, and unfortunately that was the case here. The check in process was a complete mess. Before my arrival, I went back and forth with management several times about whether my wife could check in since I was the one who made and paid for the reservation. After multiple conversations, they finally told me it would be okay, but only after I had already paid Booking.com a $365 name change fee because the reservation payment had already cleared. Thank goodness American Express takes better care of its customers than this management staff. Another major issue was the undisclosed prepaid electricity. If you are staying here during the winter, be prepared for high electricity usage because the apartment is not energy efficient. In Room 303, the door and window frames are not properly sealed, allowing cold air to enter continuously. As a result, the heater runs much more often, causing you to use and pay for significantly more electricity. Between the undisclosed prepaid electricity costs, the poor communication, and the repeated misinformation from management, I cannot recommend this property. Future guests deserve accurate information and full disclosure of all costs before making a reservation.
