These apartments are not that great. The security is super annoying, they advertise that they have a swimming pool on the roof but no one is allowed to swim in it. The rooms are okay but are divided by that fake wall, so you can hear everything that happens in the next room. The security is the worst, they have no respect for the residence, that are paying to stay there.

The building has a constant problem with the water supply. We just went almost 3 days with no water. The securities aren’t the best either, they make you feel like you’re visiting at your own apartment. It’s a safe, clean building but there isn’t much else to speak highly of to be honest.

Water supply is a real issue, tried speaking to the body cooperate, they just tell you lies endlessly When there is load shedding the entire building is completely blacked out, no emergency lights nothing, if you are in the lift you are stuck, any1 can walk in without being detected and the security are 60 year olds that can barely run, but if u laugh they will be knocking telling you about noise. No one is allowed in the pool when it's functional and now its been closed for over 2 years for renovations, the list is endless.

Worst building ever! If it’s not the water supply, it’s the electricity and once there’s no electricity the whole building has no water, shared geyser which hardly ever has hot water and the security are more interested in people’s business instead of their safety. The building has no backup plan, even when there is, it’s for a minimum time only and it just lights the corridors. To anyone thinking of moving here don’t shame!

Water is the main issue for this place, I don’t think they pay bills because it’s the only building that doesn’t have water. Some securities are sexually harassing people and our visitors. I don’t feel safe at my own place… They are always on cameras to monitor our moves for washing line but can’t monitor when our staff goes missing. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
