Great complex to live in

Well-kept and a beautiful feel to the place. I have some family and friends that live here, but everyone is such a delight! Very well-maintained.

I have lived here for 6 years and have never been happier. The place is a gem.

Structurally, the place is pretty, but it is built on a slope. A single row of parking spots lines the wall for tenants to park. Three visitor parking spots right by the gat as you enter. There are multiple duplex units built in a row and they are all connected with adjoining walls. I have experienced the tenants as pleasant, but some neighbours are passive aggressive trouble makers with unnecessary complaints about anything and everything they feel like. I do not recommend this complex for people with alternative lifestyles. You will be judged and treated differently. Note: I am not a resident. I have occasionally visited here with friends. These are comments based on general observations and my experiences and are thus subjective. Others may feel differently.
