Location is terrific. It is minutes away from the very popular Tygervalley mall and Willowbridge shopping centre, not to mention 5 mins from the N1 free way. The complex itself is spacious designed with enough visitor parking bays for guests of residents. Safety is good, too, only residents can open the main gate to let anyone in.

If you live on the ground floor, you need to be fortunate enough to have an upstairs neighbor who is proactive and quick to address any water leakage issues in your apartment's living room and ceiling. We getting the keys from the agent in September last year, my husband and I discovered that the ceiling in the living room was leaking and had dark stains. It wasn’t until the end of March this year that the landlord upstairs finally repaired her balcony. In July this year, the ceiling in my living room started leaking again, and recently the ceiling in the bedroom also began to leak. I emailed the landlord, and she replied once saying the repair team is unavailable and I don’t know when they can come to check the apartment. I emailed her again yesterday but have not received a response. If you are considering buying an apartment in this community, be sure to watch out for leakage issues from the floor above if you live on the ground floor! I don’t know when this problem will be resolved completely. Good luck!
