Eagle Reef

Very good place to stay for its price. Quiet, clean + fibre has finally been installed in the complex - have not had any bad experiences in the 2.5 years I have been living here.

Decent units, lekker bathrooms in the units. They could have a bit more space though. Comfortable and good living 🙂

Very poor maintenance, alot of mould in most units, not child friendly, no privacy. Racist body corporate that only sent fines to certain people. Security not well trained and very rude especially the female one that take pictures of our properties whilst we clean but not of her relatives that stay in the complex leaving rotten carpets, paint cans and harmful chemicals outside where we supposed to hang our clothes. You get fined for leaving your carpet or cloth dryer outside whilst cleaning.

Don't even consider moving to this place!!! There's never electricity, there's water issues now and then.. Board of trustees doesn't stay in the complex therefore constantly gaslighting the issues of the residents.. If you want depression you're more than welcome to stay in Eagle Reef

Lovely complex! Well maintained. However, make sure you have alternative power sources before you move in
