The building looks good but house keeping is poor. The yard is a mess near the swings more should be done in this area. Clothes lines falling apart

well taken care of very squatter like living do move here absolutely amazing

Worse place you can live in and the worst place you can live next door to. If you love peace this is not for you. FACTS

It's a good place to stay lot's of parking space no theft incidence, children friendly, very clean environment and with security guard in the evenings

Power outages are a regular occurrence here because of constant cable theft. Unless candlelit evenings are your idea of comfort, I'd think twice before moving here.
