Good looking, safe properties. Well kept overall and secure, with private main gate access. Small amount of individual owners, enclosed in private panhandle road. Easy on the eye, established gardens. Exclusive owner use gardens allows lots of diversity and therefore also allows pets. Most in the community have been occupying for an extended period. Fully titled allows various styles to come through. Surrounded by bigger complexes that have come much later and added value. Upmarket shops, restaurants, hospitals and stunning golf courses close by.
