Complex like all the others neat and clean decent parking

Was 3 up in till my neighbor broke into my place and stole my car keys. I caught him and took him to security, and he let him get away. Rating was 5 unit I had to sit without warm water for 5 days, and my TV and Amplifier got struck by lightning as the place is not earthed. If you want a quite place this is not for you, lots of children running and screaming, playing in front of your door unsupervised. I've never once seen a parent come to investigate what their children are doing.

Helped a friend clean her unit before handing keys back. A very tidy and neatly kept property. The balcony view was something else though. It was as if you were in a nature reserve. A family of ostriches with 4 babies and other wild life right there. Such a treat to feed and watch them.

Not earls court but its sibling convent gardens. We just moved in oct. Lovely place. Looks homely and spacious apartments. Beautiful outside with greenery. Caretaker and everyone else has been very helpful .

The place looks neat and everything but behind scene it's actually not .. I moved in here in June 2024 the day we moved in here we had a cockroach problem.. did everything need to help them go away but it just got worst and worst .. very healthy for my kids .. the cockroachs are everywhere... To top it off windows always brake ... We also have water damage in the place with cupboards.. the plumbing pipes stink ... And I have addressed this since we moved in here but nothing was yet done ... The place is a big health and safety issue ... And the kiddies playground dose not look like it looks on the pictures they show you it's all rusted wood is out no slide there are spikes sticking out the jungle gym half the wooden planks are gone .. no swings there is no maintenance on the kiddies playground and not safe for them to play there ...
