No parking for visitors is a bit of a concern as your car is not safe outside the complex. They attempted to steal my nieces car some time ago outdide.

Very good security and spacious rooms. Massive garden for children to run around and play. Good location with Primary School across the road and close to Spar, Shoprite and Florida business hub.

To anyone who's gonna be using kantoor street late as it gets dark earlier now be safe and very vigilant. Just got robbed over an hour ago. They using the street as its dark and very few lights working.

If you want to chill with your family,Florida Lake is the place to be. You can play,braai and fish.
