Students I must warn you, you must not leave your things there in December otherwise you will find them missing and they will make you pay. In Jan I came to collect my stuff and they told me they want R350 I told them I didn't have it and this other arrogant comrade told me to go back and come when I have the money, yesterday I went I found half of my new clothes missing and two pair of my new shoes missing and some of the items missing and I still had to pay but I paid R200 I know I shouldn't have paid because those missing items they are worth more than R350.

Very disgusted, disappointed and dissatisfied. The bedroom, bathroom & kitchen were filthy and had too many cockroaches. We had to do deep cleaning prior and on the day of arrival. I wonder if they have caretakers because how can we find the room so filthy when they know that new students will be moving in.

Tshwane ya tima switch off our electricity because the owners owe R470000 but our rental is always paid in time.
