This place is not worth the pennies spent monthly. It may look beautiful from the outside, but that is just a facade. You will cry about just about everything, from cable theft every second month or so, to exorbitant prepaid charges, being charged for water and electricity in common areas yet we are only renting, snakes all over the complex, and not enough ground staff (both security and cleaners). Don't even bother complaining because the agents don't care about your issues but rather tell you to leave if you're not happy.

There are break ins happening more frequently now and when you ask security, the cameras are then magically not working. Every year the rent goes up and so do the problems. Even if you are not home you pay electricity and water as if you’re there. Good luck contacting management because they will give you a response equivalent to “it’s your own problem “ don’t stay here if you your are looking for something worth the value of your money. The elevators are always not working randomly and it takes a long time to fix. There are countless problems here. There are still break ins and there are no cameras and security doesn’t work. I strongly advise you don’t stay here but if you decide to please opt for the 5th or 6th floor
If you see this development then only will you believe that Eco Park East is a modern look in units that are close to the Gautrain Station in Centurion. These units also have "braai facilities available down stairs and a swimmingpool to cool off on hot days.
Good luck getting your interest on your deposit back. Never respond to any emails, cannot give proof that it was in an interest bearing account, nothing.
I have been a resident at Eco Park East Estate for the past three years, and unfortunately, the standard of service has declined each year. Despite consistent annual rental increases, the level of service provided does not justify the rising costs. I have always paid my rent on time, every month, without fail. However, last month the accounting team made errors in allocating my payments and issuing invoices, which I had trusted to be accurate. I was then contacted by a staff member who, in an unfriendly manner, insisted that I owed money that had in fact been incorrectly allocated to another tenant. In good faith, I took the initiative to arrange a payment plan to resolve the issue, which the accountant agreed to. Despite this, I returned home today after a long day at work to find that the electricity to my unit had been cut off. When I contacted the landlord, I was told there was nothing he could do and that I would need to wait until the next day to contact the office. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering that I have made every effort to communicate and resolve a problem that was not caused by me. Instead, I am left inconvenienced and forced to follow up on errors made by management. There have also been other instances of poor management and unfair treatment, including being wrongly accused of noise disturbances and issued fines of up to R3000 without proper justification. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this estate to anyone looking for reliable service or value for money.
