My experiance is you buy nothing no house no property.In Eden retirement village Theresapark Pretoria. You get in a contract pay your money. For a liferight agreement to live in the house till you die. After you died your family wait a long time even years for monyes owned paid back to .The sales lady did not tell us that before hand
