Best place, best people GOAT spot

Great place for students with a 10-15 minute walk to campus. The security is very good with a 24hr security guard at the entrance that roams the perimeter, in six years not one instance of crime against me. There is 1 secure car parking for each flat with outside parking for visitors but there has been break ins with cars parked outside overnight. The flats are very large when 2 bedroom but feel small when converted to 3 bedroom. The place has nice fire places and friendly neighbours.
