Used to live here a few year's back. The duplex apartments at Cane Creek Estate don't have guest toilet downstairs. Visitors always have to go upstairs for the bathroom. No play area for children. Otherwise not a bad place to stay, quiet, secure, close to the N3/ N12 and N17 highway and Jo'burg
Very safe and secured
This place is secure and neat but the people don't respect other people's property or don't follow the rules. There are rules as you come into the complex that says no shouting or loud music. But then, that's not followed. Then you have kids and adults that walk between the cars when there is plenty of space around the car. I have scratches on my car because they don't want to walk around the Carondelet then they still want to have attitude when you tell them to stop I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody because people don't know how to follow the rules and have respect for other people's property
