Embassy Place.

Beautiful location and extremely convenient too. However, the repeated crime there was absolutely horrendous and management does not seem to care much to solve. Part of the reason I actually left. Unless the crime situation and thorough security gets jacked-up, then it will do you no good to live there. Which is a shame, considering it is in the embassy district of the country.

The flats are pretty decent but I have to leave a negative review because I was forced to move out as nothing permanent was done to curb the repeated break ins on the property. In my year of living there, every ground floor unit was broken into twice and even some of the first floor units were hit once by organised criminals. It is a beautiful property, situated next to Venning Park but I am sure this is part of the problem as I suspect the thieves frequent the park and simply monitor traffic into and out of the embassy place entrance (which is clearly visible from the park) while planning their next robbery. What a shame.
