Sophisticated, beautiful ambiance, food was amazing, you eat with your eyes prior🤤👌 Absolutely stunning service!!

The girl at the front desk as you enter the venue was quite aggressive and not polite even though I spoke to her with a smile while asking for directions to the restaurant and casually trying to converse with her. Otherwise the place itself is quite beautiful. The restaurant treatment was quite nice. And I enjoyed the food.

Very high class apartment with the excellent facility. Everything is neat and clean. Tennis court facility as well is very much well maintaines and satisfactory.

AVOID the lift!!! Massage was lovely by Kidi at Life Day spa, but all the 90mins of relaxing went in a heartbeat when I got stuck in the lift of Embassy Towers trying to access the basement parking to leave!!! That lift is UNSAFE and dangerous (God forbid you have a heart condition or claustrophobic) and unless someone has given you their correct fingerprint (& actually told you the protocol or at least offered you access to leave) you GET LOCKED in the lift that you can’t open with the ‘open door’ button nor can you use the emergency alarm as it’s “run out of airtime” and I quote! Astonishing and for the wrong reasons!! No health and safety worth anything is running out of airtime - seriously!? So trying to stay calm after the third attempt of using the alarm button and knocking when I tried to phone the salon with no help - I lost my sense of humour. Wasted money and birthday treat down the drain. This is after the incorrect charging by the spa who then calls my husband alerting him to the fact I’m in the lift (after I’ve called them!) and says…can we send you the pay link for the outstanding amount…? Maybe just avoid or get someone to walk you in and out…
