Well maintained, pool and fibre. Great vibe in the gardens. Safe. What more can one ask for

Quaint apartment complex. Close to everything yet a feeling of serenity.

The apartments are much smaller than your usual apartments, but the big well maintained backyard of about the size of 2 football fields is the reason all the kids play outside all day in a safe secure environment within the boundaries of the complex The outside also provides braai pits for tenants to have a social gathering right by the pool or in the back with grass for a little football. Currently enjoying life at Español as most of the time you feel like you're on holiday. 23.08.2022 Been here for just over a year now and found that the complex has a major waterproofing issue as mould has become a real problem. Hopefully by the time the maintenance project is completed around end September, the major part of this issue will also be resolved.

Ask your landlord or previous owner to fumigate before you move in because coakroaches are a big problem. If you are renting and one of the owners doesn't like you they will make you pay fines for the most stupid things and you don't have a right to dispute it as a tenent, the owner will be backed up by the body corporate. Children are not allowed to be children, if they play outside they are making noise and if they play indoors they are still making noise. I recommend it if you are buying and you will fumigate prior moving in
